Mr. Brown has focused on financial technology and investment management over the course of his career. He was a Founder and Chairman of one of the first Internet Banks, a Founder and Chairman of a $50 billion investment management platform, and the Chairman of a Registered Investment Advisor focused on high net worth individuals and families. Mr. Brown was named Financial Services Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and has been a founder of multiple companies that have been included in the INC 500.
Mr. Brown received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Charleston, SC and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Nicklaus is a Managing Partner of NB & Co., the Chairman of Camden Capital, and a Director of Ad Genius, Goods & Services, and Nearshore Technology Company. He is Co-Chairman of the Children’s Healthcare Charity, Inc. a non-profit organization which manages the operations of the Honda Classic and is the primary beneficiary of the tournament. The Honda Classic is a top event on the PGA Tour and has been voted the premier sporting event in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Mr. Nicklaus was appointed to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission by Governor Rick L. Scott. The Florida Constitution authorizes the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to enact rules and regulations regarding the state’s fish and wildlife resources.
Mr. Nicklaus received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from The Ohio State University where he was an All-American in golf.
Mr. Purcell formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of SFN Cos. Inc., Executive Vice President and COO of CBS, Inc., Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gannett Co., Inc. and as Chairman of Donnelley Marketing, Inc.
Mr. Purcell received a Doctorate in Law from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Apodaca is President and Chief Executive Officer of NearShore Technology Company. Mr. Apodaca was previously an Executive Vice President for a leading provider of technology outsourcing with offices in the United States and Mexico. Mr. Apodaca has over 25 years of experience in developing, managing and marketing products and services for start-ups and Fortune 500 Companies.
Mr. Apodaca was previously a Senior Director at Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for three development and implementation practices, and a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Information, Communication and Entertainment (ICE) practice.
Mr. Apodaca received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National University.

Mr. Jennings is a Founding Partner of Goods & Services, a technology-driven design and innovation company. At Goods & Services, Mr. Jennings drives the vision for the firm, oversees its culture, and is ultimately responsible for product craft, quality, and creativity. Mr. Jennings has been leading user experience, brand design, and business innovation projects for over two decades. Mr. Jennings combines a passion for design with an ability to formalize strategy and seamlessly integrates user experience with brand design.
Prior to founding Goods & Services, Mr. Jennings was a Group Creative Director of SapientNitro and led award winning creative teams around the globe for many of the world’s top brands.
Mr. Jennings graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ball State University.
President & CEO of Ad Genius
Mr. Keisler is the President and CEO of Ad Genius, LLC – a STEM-based advertising technology and cloud services firm specializing in cookie-free hyper-targeted identity-level outreach. Mr. Keisler founded Ad Genius with the vision of applying scientific discipline to the delivery and measurement of Digital Media.
Mr. Keisler began his career at NASA and transitioned to the manufacturing industry when he joined Alcoa and applied his prior experience to develop an improved cold rolling mill control system that was featured in the Alcoa Tech Center.
He joined Japanese auto giant, DENSO, gaining experience in the Toyota Production System, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems. Mr. Keisler developed an ID data tag integration system and was awarded by DENSO for innovation and cost savings.
Mr. Keisler has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Charleston.
Director of Marketing
Ms. Huber is the Director of Marketing at NB & Co. She is responsible for executing on the marketing strategies of the portfolio companies.
Ms. Huber specializes in brand strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation. She is a creative individual with a structured analytical nature which allows her to develop metrics and results to measure performance.
Ms. Huber received a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from the College of Charleston and received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Charleston with a concentration in Marketing.
Mr. Moua is a Senior Associate at NB & Co. He is responsible for the Financial Reporting of the portfolio companies and specializes in the development and implementation of Salesforce Solutions for wealth management and technology services companies. He has consulted and advised firms on how to optimize business process through Salesforce customization.
Mr. Moua received holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin and received a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Charleston, where he graduated at the top of his class.
